Option 1: Preparation conditions (unless otherwise determined by the doctor): Abstain from sexual intercourse for 48 hours. For 2 hours, Refrain from urinating. Within 48 hours, stop taking any local medications and procedures in the field of taking biomaterial. Stop taking intravaginal agents (suppositories, spermicides, douches, tampons, local procedures, etc.). Take before treatment or 21 days after the end of antibacterial, antimycotic therapy (unless otherwise determined by the doctor). Be examined no earlier than 48 hours after a gynecological examination, vaginal ultrasound, colposcopy and other intravaginal gynecological procedures. Notes: The examination is not performed during menstruation. Until the age of 14, regardless of the presence of sexual life, only delivered BM is accepted. In virgins - the biomaterial is taken from one point (the vagina) without introducing mirrors. In pregnant women, sampling from the cervix or the cervical canal is not carried out in the departments of the ML DILA. Important: the study does not require additional fluid intake and bladder filling. Option 2: The doctor's preparation guidelines require the patient to refrain from sexual activity for 48 hours and not urinate for 2 hours before providing the biomaterial. In addition, any local medications and procedures in the area of the biomaterial should be stopped for 48 hours before the test. The patient should also wait 48 hours after any gynecological procedures before being examined. The test cannot be conducted during menstruation; only delivered BM is accepted for patients under 14. For virgins, the biomaterial is taken from one point in the vagina without mirrors. Pregnant women should not have biomaterial taken from the cervix or cervical canal in the ML DILA departments. The doctor should be consulted if there is any deviation from these guidelines. It is important to note that there is no need for extra liquid consumption or filling of the bladder during the study.
